Guidelines & tips 

• Pre-Approval Required: Any communication outside of the standardized copy about the collaboration or information specific to impacters (individuals working within the organizations) must be approved by Milkywire prior to posting. This measure is to prevent misrepresentations or miscommunications.

• Internal Sharing: If assets are marked as not for external sharing, they should be confined to internal use within your organization.

• Provided Content Only: Utilize only the content provided by Milkywire for any marketing or promotional activities related to the partnership.

• Copyright: Photo credit must be provided on all assets that are marked as copyright. If unsure who to add credit to, always credit the organization or reach out to our partnerships team. 

• Guidance and Support: Should you have any doubts about using an organization or impacter’s information and content, we encourage you to reach out for guidance.
